Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Moneybird Gmail add-on (“Service” or “Add-On”) provided by Sander Notenbaert (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Moneybird Gmail add-on integrates with Google Gmail and Moneybird to facilitate document management and interactions with your Moneybird account from within Gmail. The Service is intended solely to enhance productivity by automating certain tasks associated with document processing and management.

2. Independence from Google and Moneybird

The Moneybird Gmail add-on is an independent service. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Moneybird or Google, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The names “Moneybird” and “Google,” as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images, are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Information and Credentials: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We store limited credential information, including OAuth tokens, in your Google Apps Script userProperties to facilitate the Service’s integration. However, we do not access or retain your full credentials, nor do we share this information with third parties.

• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of this Service. You are solely responsible for any content transmitted, shared, or processed through our Service.

• Third-Party Accounts: You acknowledge and agree that your use of Moneybird and Gmail is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, and it is your responsibility to comply with those terms.
